NJDP 2021 Guidelines

  • ID is required for entry. 

  • All adults and children 12 or older to show Vaccine Card or negative COVID test (taken within 72 hours prior to attendance at the vent at entry. Copy of the vaccine card or test result (electronic or hard copies) are acceptable. WE WON’T BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO ANYONE WITHOUT PROOF OF VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST RESULTS

  • Children under 12 are exempt from above requirements

  • Official proof of vaccination may be obtained using the Docket app from the official site of state of NJ https://covid19.nj.gov/pages/vaxrecords

  • Please fill out the waiver form online at the NJDP registration page and fill out the questionnaire and bring it with you to the registration desk.

  • Temperature will be checked at the entrance; your cooperation is being requested

  • For anyone above 12, mask is highly recommended while inside the auditorium or while waiting in the food line for everyone’s safety. Children between 5-12 years are required to wear masks inside the puja hall (Mandatory) for their safety. Children under 5 years of age are exempt.

  • No outside food or drink will be allowed inside the auditorium

  • Puja Offerings: No outside Flowers or Food will be accepted. 

  •  

  • Kallol of NJ will maintain every necessary precaution and abide by the safety protocols enforced by the State and Local law. Your Safety is Our Primary Concern and Responsibility
